We are an interfaith meditation group that meets at the UU Church of Birmingham on Sunday mornings. Our meetings consist of silent or lightly guided meditation, a dharma talk, and discussion. All meditators are welcome, irrespective of experience level, contemplative tradition, background, or personal identity.
